This month has been all about out with the old and in with the new - we launched our elegant new logo and new brand this month! We have also been working hard launching lots of new features to streamline your processes and make your bookkeeping even more effortless.
We know one of accountants and bookkeepers biggest pain points is having to spend valuable time chasing clients to submit their paperwork. In October last year we launched Outstanding Paperwork for Xero integrated accounts, as a solution to get your clients to submit their paperwork. Since then we’ve updated Outstanding Paperwork to make it even better!
You can now request only the items that need your client's immediate attention with this update. Filter outstanding paperwork by bank account, date range and amount, so it’s easy for you to create customized reports for your clients.
Send customized reconciliation reports straight through to your client’s Receipt Bank mobile app! This means no more chasing, no more endless email chains, all whilst ensuring high-level transparency. The mobile report will provide your client with a list of everything that requires submission, so all they need to do is find the receipt and submit - job done.

CONNECTING WITH THE CLOUD
Offer your clients a higher value service with Receipt Banks’ integration with Xero Cashbook and Ledger now available for all Partners. Xero Cashbook and Ledger clients can provide their receipts and invoices via Receipt Bank’s range of simple submission methods, including our award-winning mobile app. Once the items have been published, they will be waiting for you in Xero ready to reconcile. The combination of these products work as a powerful tool for real-time accounting, with the confidence that all the information you need is safely stored in the cloud.

SUBMITTING ITEMS ON YOUR MOBILE
We’ve redesigned the Android app! Your clients using the Android Receipt Bank app will find it cleaner, tidier and easier to navigate. Admin users will now have a badge with the users initials next to the item, so it’s easier to identify who the item belongs to. We’ve also extended the functionality of the app - it will now autosave, so you never have to worry about forgetting to save changes.
